3. Quotations and Fees

  • Any quotations provided by Wall Nuts Ltd are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • The fees for services will be set out in the quotation or contract and may vary depending on the complexity, scale, and materials required.
  • Additional services requested by the Client that fall outside the original scope will incur extra charges, subject to mutual agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • An initial deposit, typically 50% of the total project cost, is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, or according to the payment schedule set out in the agreement.
  • Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest at the statutory rate for late payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for providing access to the work site and any necessary permissions or permits to complete the project.
  • The Client must ensure that the site is prepared and suitable for work as specified in the agreement.
  • Any delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete site preparation or lack of access may result in extra charges.

6. Project Timelines

Wall Nuts Ltd will make every effort to meet the project timeline agreed upon with the Client. However, the timeline may be affected by factors beyond the Company’s control, such as site conditions or weather. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated to the Client as soon as possible.

7. Changes and Revisions

  • Any changes to the scope of work, materials, or design requested by the Client must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs and changes to the project timeline.
  • Revisions to the design during the project phase will be limited to a reasonable number of iterations as outlined in the contract. Significant changes may incur additional fees.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • If the Client wishes to cancel the project, they must provide notice in writing. If the project is canceled after the work has commenced, the Client may be liable for any work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
  • Wall Nuts Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any of the terms, including non-payment, or if conditions on the site prevent the safe execution of the work.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment of the project fees, ownership of the final artwork, murals, or branded space designs will transfer to the Client.
  • Wall Nuts Ltd retains the right to use any designs, concepts, or photos of completed work for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in portfolio presentations.

10. Liability

  • Wall Nuts Ltd will take reasonable care when providing services but cannot be held liable for minor imperfections or variations due to the nature of hand-painted or custom-made work.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that the work site is safe and suitable for the installation of the mural or branded space.
  • Wall Nuts Ltd is not liable for any damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to structural issues with the Client’s property or external factors such as weather.

11. Warranties

Wall Nuts Ltd provides a limited warranty for its services. The warranty period and terms will be outlined in the agreement. Any issues with the completed work must be reported within the warranty period.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
