Rotherham based, Propensio Finance were about to move into a larger office space when they first approached us. Having seen how we had been helping other clients (particularly Action Coach Sheffield) they knew they wanted to achieve something similar as a finishing touch to their new space.
Propensio Finance simply knew that white painted walls were not going to be very inspirational to for their staff to work in long term.
To design and create a series of feature walls to serve as an on brand backdrop to add impact and interest to Propensio’s new offices.
As part of out initial information gathering, we sat down for a full briefing session with key members of the Propensio team. This was a really useful exercise as we were able to tap into the personality and culture of the business as well as gaining lots of information about what they wanted to achieve and ultimately what reaction they wanted once the designs were completed and installation had taken place. We presented initial concepts for client feedback and with that feedback received, we developed them as an ongoing process right through to what became the final approved designs.
Wall 1 (which was the stand out centrepiece of the office transformation) represents Propensio’s journey with iconic elements from the community’s history along with nods to renowned local films and prominent landmarks, music and sport and local culture too. With the team’s core values shining through as a core feature to the background. Wall 2 serves as a vibrant celebration of the company’s culture. A word cloud design to reflect shared spirit whilst capturing the core values and weaving the local mining heritage to give a striking backdrop to drive the team onwards daily Wall 3 – a key statement produced in vinyl lettering to bring a finishing touch to the kitchen break out area and overall scheme. Overall, the walls have provided a finish to the office that has gone above and beyond expectations. A true “wow factor” for all to enjoy!
We loved working with Steph. She took the time to understand out needs and vision for the murals, and she worked with us to create something that was truly unique ans special. The murals are not just decorative, they are a reflection of our values and our commitment to our community. We could not be happier with the result.
