Manning Stainton were at the start of a journey to transform and refurbish all of ther Leeds branches when they engaged our services. They wanted a stand out, location specific, well branded feature wall mural but didn’t know where to start. What they did know however, is that they didn’t want a map of each area displaying as many other estate agents have. That’s when they asked for our help.
We were told that there would be approximately 15 branches located across Leeds, all of which were due to be refurbished. The feature wall in each branch needed to communicate their strong brand identity, which had recently been updated. Their ultimate intention was to use each branch wall across social media whenever they sold a house, providing credibility to their story. We were to stay away from the traditional or obvious roadmap-style walls, as this is commonly done by many other estate agents in the region and beyond.
Initially, we put down a few ideas as a starting point to spark conversation. Each concept was different so that their team could see what the possibilities could be. These were presented and then left for further discussion.
After feedback and further collaboration, we went on to develop the designs into a final option which everyone agreed would work really well across each location. From there, we produced and fitted each mural over several months, as and when the main fit-out team in each branch had finished (or, in some cases, when they had almost finished!).
Visually strong and identifiable walls with a clear brand message. The main point of difference in each design was a different style of front door to match the local area. The branches themselves are now using their own feature walls to their maximum capability, just as intended.
We are happy to say that, having seen how successful this has been, Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents (who are part of the same group of estate agencies) have recently commissioned us to do the same for a brand-new upcoming branch of theirs too.
