cafés and hospitality // Murals and media walls
Wall nuts worked for a social enterprise were opening a new café close to the town centre in Harrogate.
The Brief
The client already had a strong brand identity and it was important that this was carried through the internal graphics. They wanted that finishing touch to pull everything together and help create a welcoming space that looked visually pleasing and enticed customers into the café. There were 2 walls and a central column which required design work.
The Process
Alongside Rebecca Baker Designs, concepts were presented, developed and agreed with the client. To move the design process on, a site survey was then carried out as there were a number of complex areas to negotiate. One being the central column which had been designed to reflect the chocolate bar branding. A few tweaks were needed, but once approved everything was printed onto high traffic/ hard-wearing and fully wipeable material. With the final fitting being completed on time and within one day.
The Result
A welcoming, eye-catching backdrop which reflects and showcases their brand, helps them stand out from the crowd and allows them to share visually pleasing images across their social media to help them to engage with their ideal customer. The client was extremely pleased with the result and his immediate comment saying it all!
